Sell On Mona Marketplace

To sell on the Mona marketplace, you can follow these steps:

Register as a Customer or Vendor

You can either register as a customer first and then register as a vendor or directly register as a vendor. To get started, CLICK HERE.

Fill in your details such as your first name, last name, email, and phone number, and select “I am a vendor”. Register your shop by entering your shop name, shop URL, street address, city, postcode, state, and phone number and also ensure you submit NIN and proof of address. Agree to the privacy policy and terms of use and click on “Register”.

Wait for approval

Once you have registered as a vendor, you will need to wait for approval from Mona Marketplace. They will send you a confirmation email in 24hrs once you are approved.

Upload your products

After your account has been approved, you can start uploading your products by clicking on “Add New Product” in your vendor dashboard. Enter all the necessary details such as product name, description, images, price, and shipping information.

Manage your orders

When a customer places an order in your shop, you will receive a notification. You can manage your orders by going to “My Orders” in your vendor dashboard. Make sure to ship the products on time and provide excellent customer service.

Get paid

Mona marketplace processes payments on behalf of the vendors. Once an order has been shipped and delivered, you will receive payment in your Mona marketplace account. You can then withdraw your earnings to your bank account while Mona Marketplace takes its percentage for each successful delivery.

The percentage policy for Mona Marketplace is 10% flat for all products. By following these steps, you can successfully sell your products on the Mona marketplace and reach a wider audience.
